Unlike nearly all of our competitors, membership at METRO CHEF is FREE! Individual retail consumers may register for membership as well as tax exempt businesses and organizations. Your membership status will indicate whether you qualify for tax exempt purchases and automatically apply your exemption at check-out.

2. ATTACH required verification of tax exempt/resell status (if claiming).
3. BRING completed form to METRO CHEF and receive your FREE Membership Card.
